MSI and MSS have incorporated the successes and learnings from the previously FCDO funded project, DRHR, into the conceptual framework for DAFPAK. DAFPAK is built on three strategic principles: (i) delivering scale and impact; (ii) ensuring the quality of clinical services and programme data; and (iii) maintaining a strategic focus on long-term sustainability.
