We know that young people in Pakistan represent an emerging and underserved market for SA/PAC services and it is important to engage them early by offering services that are relevant to their current life stage, with a view to maintaining them as clients for the duration of their reproductive life. This is done through expanding the reach of MSS website that provides information on SA/PAC and FP and include links to the MS Pakistan Helpline for referrals for services or more information.
We will also leverage the MS Pakistan SRH youth app, currently under development, to complement the expansion of our other digital services including the MS Pakistan Helpline and the SRH matters website through recruitment of additional agents for the Helpline and market it extensively using social media and university events. In future we plan to liaise with youth-friendly businesses to increase brand visibility of the Helpline and youth app.
By enhancing our combined interactive digital platforms, we aim to reach more young people in Pakistan who use digital media with critical information to enable them to access SRH services.
